DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION DEADLINES
All unlock codes and unlock confirmations are emailed to the email address that the customer enters on the order form. The delivery times shown on the website are guidelines only, based on average delivery times for previous orders. We will try to exceed these delivery times, but sometimes there are delays. In the event of a significant delay, there is no automatic right to cancel, but if you contact us, we will see if our supplier is willing to cancel the order. In general, order cancellations are not allowed after payment has been made. The reason for this is that our costs are incurred by submitting your phone details to the corresponding unlock code database. The provision of the service begins as soon as the payment is made, since it is a personalized service based on the data of your specific phone.
